This book started out well and then got worse as it progressed. The authors seemed to speak in cliches and idioms that only they knew. They're mystical, enigmatic and therefore useless to the person who wants to learn what they are supposedly trying to teach. But despite these shortcomings, I found some bits that were helpful along my journey. The main thesis of the book was that the way you think about your life and the choices you make in your life will in turn determine the way you experience your life. This is no big surprise, but for those who need introducing to such concepts (or just a quick reminder) this book will suffice.
