I kind of liked it. It doesn’t start out with “atmospheric music”, “floors creaking”, “somber music” as so many thrillers do. Good performances, with Tom Erbe (Kevin Bacon) who leads the pack. A “normal” couple with Kathryn Erbe (Maggie Witzky) as the “stable” wife which makes Kevin Bacons’ performance look all the more bizarre. I wouldn’t say I was scared, but curious what was going on.

Even though this movie is much better it got lost amid "The Sixth Sense" frenzy. Great suspense! Great actors! A must see horror movie!

WOW!!! I have this version with dts 6.1 sound for my HOMETHEATER. I watched this movie one evening after buying it for $3.99 and really liked it. There are some sounds in this film that caught me off guard that come from your surrounds for a very creepy effect. I also enjoyed the story and characters. I give this some what scary movie 4 stars. Good story, good characters, and Illeana Douglas. Dark chocolate icecream, creamwhip, Entermann's chocolate cake and milk.

This movie was entertaining and interesting but not one of my favorite for this year. “Not too bad---good performance”.

It was O.K for a home TV movie. I was entertained and interesting. But it was NOT worth the long library wait or the price to rent from a Red Box.

Probably the best scary movie ever!
